“Jones insurance is amazing! I have never had to file a claim before, and 1 week ago someone hit my car. I didn’t know anything about the process or what to expect. I called the office & reported the accident & Rita got the ball rolling on my claim. She told me exactly what to expect & when. They had a rental car for me before I got off work that day. The adjuster called to tell me when he would be going to look at the car. He called again after he looked at it & told me to expect a phone call in 24-48 hours from someone to go over the numbers with me. 1 week after the accident & I have already heard from the adjusters & know how much my check will be for & when to expect it. The have extended my rental to the end of the month to give me the time needed to find a replacement car. AMAZING SERVICE!!!!!! 10/10 DO recommend!”
