My agent got my claim started so that the other insurance agency could be notified. Turns out he doesn’t have coverage and my uninsured coverage would be taking care of the damages. They have stayed in touch every step if the way, including Erie. They even told us to get new car seats, send the bill and they would reimburse for those.cannot say enough how impressed I am!!!”

They are focused more on relationships with people instead of making funny Super Bowl commercials with talking animals. Seriously though, Erie is a great insurance company, and Darlene and Bill and the rest of the staff at Jones Insurance are amazing, and I haven’t had any issues with them at all over the years. They have low premiums, plus no issues when you need to time to file a claim. At least call them and let them run a quote… you’ll be surprised at the cost difference if you are with one of the bigger insurance names.”
