I spoke with Darlene who is professional, knowledgeable and to the point. She asked a lot of questions, explained why she needed to know the answers, and in just a few minutes I was the proud possessor of more insurance for less money than I thought possible. Darlene made sure I had copies of all the documents that I needed, and as I was leaving, Bill Jones stepped up and welcomed me back to the area. (I attended ETSU a few decades ago.) Darlene reminded me again to call her when I had closed on the new house, but in the excitement, of course I forgot. A few minutes before five my phone rang. It was Bill Jones himself making sure that I had closed, and that everything was in place to protect my newly acquired home.
